Hello,

My name is Sidne! Welcome to the corner of the internet where we openly talk about being a young adult exploring faith, personal growth, and being honest about the overall challenges that we face as we explore becoming an adult, and figuring out what life means to us. This blog will speak on the intellectual dilemmas I face with myself, the challenges that come with figuring out who we are, and be open about the never ending personal growth journey that resonates us all.

For me, faith is not just about checking off your bible study to-do’s, or ensuring that I attend service at least every other week. Having faith means that I make decisions that embody my love for Jesus, show up for myself, and others in the way that he shows up for us, and continue to live my life in a way that positively shines his light. I am using this channel to be honest about my faith, even when it isn’t always perfect .

Although I will never have all the answers, I believe in being open and honest about the doubts, anxiety, fear, excitement, hope, and reflection that welcomes us into adulthood. From the embracing of immense emotions that we all experience, to the romanticism of everyday life, I hope to ignite a community of young women who are looking to have a hand held through this journey, and to feel like you are not alone in the experiences and the feelings that you have. Being a young women is so amazing, and through our commonalities, I hope that we can learn about what it truly means to be supportive of one another.

I welcome you to Young Adult Mondays! Where I will post about anything and everything on my mind, in hope that it validates your experiences as well. This is the first of many, but I welcome you to my community of Young Adult Faith!
